- Divisions - Men's Open; Women's Open and Over 30 Men's
- Each team is guaranteed a minimum of three (3) games. Games will consist of two (20) minute halves. Shin guards are mandatory and must be covered by socks.
- Two M.I.S.L. regulation size fields (195’ x 85’) with real ASTROTURF surface, quality dasherboards and plexiglass, stadium quality lighting, and a full service concession area. No outside food and/or beverages will be allowed on the premises.
- Cash prizes will be given to each winner and runner-up of the divisions (should the minimum number of teams be met in each division).
- Where to Stay: Just minutes from the facility is the Ramada Inn-Rivermont 502.897.5101. Be sure to ask for the special rate exclusive to tournament participants.

- Registration Deadline – Wednesday, December 18th, 2013
- $375.00 per team. Registrations will ONLY be accepted with full payment of the entry fee. If your team is accepted, the entry fee is non-refundable.
- All registrations are taken on a “First Come, First Serve” policy. Preference is given to those teams who are playing in the current session as long as they register by the deadline. All rosters will be “frozen” at the time of the first game.
- The minimum number of players permitted on a team is 8 players. The minimum age to is 18 years of age.
- Team Gear – All team members must have matching colored t-shirts or jerseys and must be worn at all times. Shin-guards are mandatory and must be covered with socks. Flat-soled soccer or turf shoes are required. No cleats, please.
- A Red Card infraction results in the suspension of a minimum of 1 game. No refunds given.
- Any player deemed to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will not be allowed to play.
