Volunteer Sign-Up Policy ($150.00 check required with form to be held by MVSC and returned once volunteer obligation met)

Payment Schedule:
Deposits are due at Open House. You may pay all or more of the balance but the minimum of deposit is required to be considered an active player.
Remaining balances are payable over 4 equal installments due on or before August 1, 2011; October 1, 2011; December 1, 2011 and February 1, 2012.
