Tryout Skills Camp
The objective of this camp is to prepare players for the select tryouts that take place that same week. The camp will focus on skills essential to play competitive soccer, such as ball mastery, dribbling moves, and passing and receiving. Select Directors who will be overseeing tryouts will be running the camp.
Louisville Lightning Camps
Mockingbird Valley Soccer Club is the proud home to the Louisville Lightning, the PASL-Pro’s newest franchise. MVSC will host two Louisville Lightning camps, one at its indoor facility where the Lightning play home games, and one at Oxmoor Fields, home field site to the MVSC Select Program teams. MVSC believes in supporting Louisville’s highest level of soccer, and encourage all of our players to train with the only professional players the city has to offer. Lightning Goalkeeper and MVSC Select coach Frank Peabody will join fellow Lightning players and Select Coaches David Horne and Nick Staggs; as well as MVSC Select Director John Michael Hayden, in several Lightning camps offered throughout the state this summer.
