Youth Program Director
Frank Peabody serves as both Executive Director to Mockingbird Valley Soccer Club and Youth Program Director to MVSC’s recreational program. Frank grew up in Louisville, where he played club soccer and was an all-state goalkeeper at St. Xavier High School. He played five years of collegiate soccer at Butler University, a Division One program located in Indianapolis, Indiana, including three years as the starting goalkeeper. Frank led the country in save percentage (SPG 7.80) and goals against average (GAA 0.250) for division one men’s soccer in 2005. He also posted the third best goals against average in Butler men’s soccer history and was named to the Butler Athletic Director’s honor Roll three years in a row. Frank eventually graduated with a business degree in Marketing at Butler University.
Currently Frank is the Goalkeeper trainer and an Assistant Coach for Bellarmine Universtiy as well as an Olympic Development Program (ODP) Assistant Goalkeeper Coach. He served as the featured Goalkeeper Trainer at Butler University Summer Camps. He was the starting goalkeeper for the PASL-Pro league Louisville Lightning in its first, second and third seasons and leads that league in saves as well as minutes played. Frank currently holds a United States Soccer Federation "C" License and will be working toward his USSF "B" License in the Summer of 2012.
