Refund Policy

Fees are non-refundable once registration is complete.

We understand that things may come up and plans change, however we must build our leagues based on the number of teams and players registered. Once payment is made, a spot is reserved for that paid player and other players are turned away from that spot.

In the event that a player is unable to fulfill their commitment to the league or program, no refund will be given.  Games or practices that are missed because of a player’s team or opponent being forced to quarantine will also be nonrefundable.

Should Mockingbird Valley Soccer Club be required to shut down due to a National Pandemic, such as COVID-19, credits may be issued for future sessions, at the discretion of the Executive Director.

MVSC Inclement Weather Policy

The primary purpose of operating an indoor soccer arena is to provide a consistent, climate-controlled, and reliable playing environment. It is the club's goal and general philosophy to remain open and conduct all scheduled practices, games, and events, even if local public schools or businesses are closed due to weather.

We will only close if external conditions (impassible/dangerous roads) or internal issues (power outages, safety concerns) make operation impossible or too dangerous for travel.

Communication of Closure

If a closure or delay is necessary:

·  Timing: We will update any affected programs a minimum of one (1) hour prior to the start time.

·  Channels: Updates will be posted on the website homepage, social media, and sent via Email and Text Blast.

Cancellation & Make-Up Policy

If MVSC is forced to cancel programming due to weather conditions, power outages, or any other unforeseen circumstances, the following policies will be followed:

MVSC will not be able to make up one cancellation (practice, training, game, etc.). Should it cause us to cancel an individual's program more than once in the same session, MVSC will use its best efforts to make-up at least one of those cancelled programs.

Should MVSC not be able to offer a make-up, we will then work with those affected to honor a future credit on programming.

Individual Travel Discretion

If the facility is open, we respect a family's decision to prioritize safety and travel concerns, but the scheduled activity will proceed.
