Adult Co-Ed Soccer Leagues

The Sunday co-ed indoor soccer league is our most popular league! Over 350 members spend their Sundays at MVSC playing soccer, socializing with teammates, playing fun yard games, watching NFL games, and creating great memories!

Division Structure: Social* > Open > Intermediate > Advanced > Premier

Additional Divisions: Over-30 Division

*Social division does not have an end of season tournament. Social division is strictly for socializing and exercising. This division is open to all levels of players from beginner and up.

Co-Ed Soccer League (Sundays)

Registration Process: Our leagues operate on a 'Team Waitlist' basis due to high demand. At the end of each season (see dates below), current teams have the option to rejoin. Any team not returning will be replaced by a team from our registered 'Team Waitlist' in chronological order. To secure a spot in our leagues, team captains should register their teams promptly.

• Divisions: Over-30, Social, Open, Intermediate, Advanced, Premier

• Game Day: Sunday

• Teams need a minimum of 3 females and 5 males on the roster.

  • Winter 2, 2024: 2/11 thru 4/7

  • Spring, 2024: 4/14 thru 6/9

  • Summer, 2024: 6/16 thru 8/4

  • Fall, 2024: 8/11 thru 10/6
